Intellectual Property Policy
Last updated: 20.01.2026
In the world of music, every performance bears an invisible signature: work, time, discipline, and emotion. The same applies to the materials published on www.sopranoresonance.ro . This page sets out the rules governing the use of content and the protection of intellectual property rights associated with the Soprano Resonance artistic project and Bianca Vlad’s online presence. Its purpose is simple: to keep clear the boundary between admiration and appropriation.
By accessing and using the website, you acknowledge that the materials available here are provided for informational and portfolio purposes, and that their use is permitted only within the limits described below and within the statutory exceptions provided by law.
The content published on the website includes, without limitation: texts, presentations, graphic elements, images/photographs, video materials, audio excerpts, concert recordings, as well as any combination thereof (including their selection and arrangement). In addition, elements of the project’s identity (the name Soprano Resonance, logos, and distinctive signs) may be protected, as well as the artistic and personal identity of Bianca Vlad (image and voice).
Some materials belong directly to SOPRANO RESONANCE S.R.L. and/or to Bianca Vlad (as author, performing artist, or holder of related rights), while others may belong to third parties (such as photographers, videographers, organizers, cultural institutions, or partners) and are published under a right of use or with the necessary consent. In all cases, the rights remain with their respective holders, and publication on the website does not constitute a waiver of rights nor a transfer of rights to the public.
The website is designed for viewing and information purposes. You may read, listen to, or view the content lawfully for personal use, and you may share links to the website’s pages with others as a recommendation or reference, provided that such sharing does not create the impression of a non-existent official association and is not accompanied by unauthorized copying or extraction of materials.
By contrast, any form of copying, reproduction, systematic downloading, distribution, publication, communication to the public, making available to the public, retransmission, adaptation, editing, subtitling, remixing, sampling, audio-video synchronization, use in advertising, or use in other projects is prohibited without prior written consent. The mere fact that a material is accessible online does not mean that it is free to use.
Likewise, the extraction of content by automated means, cloning of pages, or creation of mirror or parallel archives of the website is prohibited, as is any use that may prejudice the image, reputation, or artistic integrity of the project.
Any use permitted by law as an exception remains governed by the applicable legal rules, including requirements regarding source attribution and respect for the integrity of the work or performance, as applicable.
Photographs and video footage published on the website are protected as works, and audio recordings and the “soundtrack” are protected by copyright and related rights, depending on the nature of the material. Unauthorized use may infringe not only economic (exploitation) rights but also moral rights, where applicable.
In particular, the use of any recording (audio or video) for inclusion in another clip, artistic project, collage, presentation, promotional material, podcast, or derivative work requires the prior written consent of the rights holders and, where applicable, the consent of the persons whose performances, images, or voices are fixed in that material.
Bianca Vlad retains her rights to her own image and voice, and any use thereof without consent is prohibited. Likewise, any impersonation practices are prohibited, including presenting pages, accounts, announcements, or materials as “official” when they do not belong to the project, as well as the use of the name Soprano Resonance or its distinctive elements in a manner likely to cause confusion.
If you discover a page, account, announcement, or material that falsely presents itself as being associated with Bianca Vlad or Soprano Resonance, please notify us. Such situations are treated as a priority, including through actions directed to platforms and, where appropriate, through legal remedies.
If you contact us and choose to send us materials, please ensure that you have the right to submit them and to use them for the purpose of communicating with us. You retain the rights to the materials you send, and we will use them strictly to the extent necessary to respond to your request and manage the communication, without publishing or exploiting them for other purposes in the absence of your express consent.
If you believe that a material published on the website infringes your rights, or if you identify materials belonging to Soprano Resonance being used without authorization elsewhere online, you may contact us at contact@soprano-resonance.ro .
To enable us to act promptly and responsibly, please include, where possible: (i) the exact link to the disputed material; (ii) a description of the right claimed and the grounds for the notification; (iii) your contact details and, where applicable, documents or reasonable indications supporting your status as rights holder or authorized representative. We will review the notification as a priority and, if confirmed, will take appropriate measures, which may include clarification, restriction or removal of content from the website and/or actions directed to the platforms where the unauthorized use appears.
Similarly, where our materials are copied and published elsewhere without consent, we may use the notice-and-takedown mechanisms made available by platforms and online service providers, in accordance with the applicable European legal framework. In each case, we choose the appropriate tool to stop the infringement and protect the artistic integrity of the project.
Nothing in this page grants a license over the content, except for the limited right to access and view the website for informational and portfolio purposes. Any use beyond these limits requires prior written consent. To the extent permitted by law, we reserve the right to restrict access to the website and/or to certain materials where we identify abusive uses, attempts at unauthorized appropriation, or breaches of the rules set out above.
We may update this Policy whenever necessary to reflect legislative, technical, or operational changes. The applicable version is the one published on the website, as indicated by the date in the header, and it takes effect from the time of publication. For clarity and continuity, we encourage you to review this page periodically, especially when using the website after an update.
For questions, clarifications, licensing or usage requests, or infringement notifications, you may contact us at contact@soprano-resonance.ro .
